With a delicate, straw yellow colour, Yzaguirre Dry Vermouth has an intense aroma with herbaceous and spicy notes. Mild balsamic touches give it a pleasant and very unique structure. Fresh and smooth in the mouth and very well balanced, it has some finishing notes of vanilla and cinnamon. Yzaguirre produces using the traditional methods of the venerable winemakers that sprang up in the foothills of the Italian Alps, and their exclusive formula blends almost 80 herbs and spices.
