A firm, well-meshed Champagne, with expressive notes of wild cherry, chopped almond, Chartreuse liqueur and crystallized honey set on a finely detailed, satiny mousse. Rich yet mouthwatering and fresh, with minerally hints of chalk and saline on the lasting, plush-textured finish. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
