Pale straw color. The aroma is of sub-tropical and stone fruits. It is balanced with a light vanilla oak. The mouth has a vibrant minerality accompanying a mouth-watering natural acidity, similar to a Chablis style. Stirring the lees (Sur Lie) is performed to give a little more texture to the finish. This wine was fermented with native yeast and allowed to go through ML for about 3 months. This Chardonnay is elegant enough to pair with delicate foods and delicious enough to drink by itself after a long day. Drink now over the next 10 years.
