Willow Cabernet Franc is an “outside the box” thinker, a chef that forages for their ingredients and gets creative in the kitchen.  It aims to balance the natural with the learned, knowing how much of the landscape to seep through its tendrils while also providing a canvas for its own artistic freedom.
