The Sauvignon from this sea-swept vineyard is distinct. It's round, ripe and bone-dry. Notes of nectarine, lime popsicle, pineapple, honeysuckle and dried herbs are ensconced in a broad, mouthcoating texture, sliced and diced with rapier, herb-flecked acidity. There's a long pineapple rind finish and a structure that suggests it's only just getting started. Drink toward the end of 2023–2030.
