The 2022 Siblings Sauvignon Blanc leads with snow pea, gooseberry, field mushrooms and cassis, autumnal undergrowth and white tea. It's an interestingly complex amalgam of characters—salted green apples, leafy herbs and briny acidity—that reinforce the wine's excellent value for the money. This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from selected vineyards on the estate and further south at the Peppy Park Vineyard. Twenty-five percent of the cuvée was fermented and matured in second and third-year oak, for three to four months. Bâtonnage was undertaken post fermentation to work textural complexity into the wine.
