The wine has great presence and structure on the palate, even though the tart and tannic side are still at the forefront at the moment. There is great depth and intensity right into the very long and slightly broad finish. This very impressive dry Riesling should be kept for a couple of years before true greatness, and there is even some upside potential if the wine gains finesse with aging.
