Light, fine and minerally, the 2020 Eden Valley Viognier shows a display of attractive white florals and a mélnge of candied citrus and ginger. In the mouth, the edgy phenolics provide a balance point upon which the sweet, viscose fruit can tilter. Drink it soon to capture the bright fruit.
