Ruby red colour, intense and persistent on the nose, with hints of berries, cherries and violets, with a light spicy note at the end. In the mouth it is intense, softness and freshness are well balanced. Refines in barriques and tonneaux for at least 6 months. After bottling it remains refined for at least 4 months before being released for consumption, it is suitable for medium aging.
