The incomplete fermentation of raisined grapes creates a wine in which the alcohol and sugar content mix wonderfully to create a sweet and silky indulgence. A symphony of scents opens up: faded roses, ripe wild berries and cinnamon; lush, sweet and lavishly good on the palate.
