William Hill Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a structured and polished expression of the variety through the lens of the William Hill estate vineyard. Offering layers of complexity, this wine opens with enticing aromas of blackberry and black cherry while notes of black olive, ripe plum and licorice are revealed on the palate. Perfectly balanced, this full-bodied wine showcases graceful acidity, fine-grain tannins and a long structured finish making it a wine to enjoy now, after an hour of decanting, or tuck away in the cellar, as it will age wonderfully for 8 -10 years.
