Created by tasting each individual barrel and wanting to showcase the best of Eola-Amity Hills, the 2022 Mt Jefferson Cuvee Pinot Noir was aged for 10 months in 22% new French oak barrels. 52% whole cluster is used during fermentation, which gives it some added structure and tannins. Sporting a glimmering light to medium core with a light pink rim, this stunning Pinot Noir pops with notes of black cherries, red plum, anise, grated orange peel, sweet baking spice, and dried rose petals.
