Dry sparkling wine with yellow straw color. Clean and transparent with fine and constant bubbles. Very elegant. In the nose there is a marked aroma of pear and citrus, white flowers, good baked goods and candied fruits. Fresh and delicate taste. The presence of lemon peel, fresh herbs, white flowers with notes of almond and caramelized brioche. Pleasant creamy finish. Powerful, tasteful, with good acidity, good balance and length.
