The Llopart family has been dedicated to viticulture since 1385 and to the production of cava since 1887. More than 125 years of experience support the quality of organic family-produced wines. La Heredad de Can Llopart de Subirats, located in Alt Penedés, Barcelona, is comprised of 235 acres of exclusively organic family-owned vineyards. Planted on unique geologic formations, the mountain vineyards are located in a privileged microclimate at between 360m and 510m above sea level.
Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from a Licensee to the purchaser at the licensed retail premises or warehouse and state it is purchased in and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from the licensed retail premises or warehouse to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the alcoholic beverages, the retailer is providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages.
