Garnacha tintorera is known in other regions as Alicante Bouschet, and it's unique in the fact that the pulp as well as the skin is deeply colored—most red grapes have pale flesh inside those inky skins. It's blended with Moravia Agria, a rare grape with high acidity and low alcohol. This is a pure wine with a high-toned nose (flowers, red fruit) and a palate complex, with hints of spice and tons of minerality.
