An intoxicating bouquet with notes of ripe red berries, aniseed, mocha and tantalizing fresh flowers. Smooth and sweet on entry, then more structured in the middle, with deep, mineral-accented dried strawberry and cherry liqueur flavors. The taste is very complex full of dark ripe fruit (plums and berries), spices and chocolate. All this fruit violence is supported by fresh acidity and juicy ripe tannins. Takes a spicy turn with a long juicy finish. Elegance and power characterize this grenache/garnacha wine.
