Agustí Torelló Mata Reserva Brut is a cava made by the winery Agustí Torelló Mata, in D.O. Cava.

Agustí Torelló Mata Reserva Brut is made with the typical varieties of Penedès, Maccabeu, Xarello and Parellada.
In its production, fermentation takes place in small stainless steel deposits.
Then, Agustí Torelló Mata Reserva Brut is bottled and goes through a second fermentation. After this, it ages for 24 months.
