This wine has a delightfully mineral-driven underbelly. The wine has a nose of fall green pear, golden apple, forest floor, hay and dried-lemon-peel shavings. Acidity enlivens the wine and combines with chalkiness on the mid palate and ballroom dances with lemon peel through to the finish.
