The 2022 Bourgogne Blanc Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Le Mont aged in 15% new oak and has already been bottled. It is packed with orchard fruit and light beeswax scents on the nose. The palate has a lovely peachy entry. There’s just enough acidity to keep it on its toes with a ripe pineapple and orange pithtinged finish that feels caressing. Delicious.
