Apparently spiced with lightly toasted oak, this bracing and elegant wine was crafted by Bibiana Gonzalez Rave and her husband, Jeff Pisoni. It boasts vivid acidity, a touch of grippy tannin in the texture, and an attractive array of ginger, lemons, limes, kiwis and minerals. Made from 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon, it is distinctive, complex and flavorful.
