Stone-fruit, citrus, snow pea and a white-flower-blossom aromas are somewhat covered in a veil of reductive, oniony scents, but this does blow off with time in glass. The palate is also affected by reduction, causing it to feel both heavy in weight yet impaled with a sharp knife of acidity. Then, on the finish, a feeling of sweetness creeps in.
