The 2022 Verdejo Fermentado en Barrica is sourced from La Seca, DO Rueda, and aged in French oak barrel—5% new, most of them 500-liter. Yellow in color, the citric nose unfolds with lime and cedar notes, along with hints of cinnamon and bakery aromas. Dry and creamy on the palate, refreshing acidity vibrates in the center of the tongue, all wrapped up in a velvety, woody embrace. The 2022 is a long-lasting, balanced white.
