My favorite in the lineup (although these are all brilliant) is the 2020 Vinsobres Rouanne Et Les Crottes, which comes from the middle of the hillside vineyard and more clay and iron soils. Lots of darker, almost blue fruits, violets, smoked herbs, and iron nuances define the bouquet, and it's medium to full-bodied, has ultra-fine tannins, and offers a beautiful mix of both richness and elegance.
