On the nose, subtle smoky notes, with a discreet touch of vanilla, and aromas of white flowers jasmine and honeysuckle and also peach and apricot. A creamy and buttery palate with hints of toast and honey in perfect balance to the acidity that gives focus to structure. Secondary flavors include plum, citrus and balsamic notes of pine forest. The finish reveals nutmeg and notes of tea.
