Its dense and velvety color tends towards red-black. Its nose develops aromas of blackberry, blueberry and redcurrant, cherry pit. With age, he may become feline and wild. On the palate, this Pommard combines power and minerality which gives it an aromatic complexity worthy of the greatest.

Vinification: In open tanks, with temperature control, occasional punching down Destemming: 100% - Time in vat: 18 days. Ageing: 15 months, including 12 in vats.
