Very cool aromas include those of red cherry, freshly turned earth and a whiff of the sauvage. There is a bit more size and weight to the middleweight flavors that also possess good underlying tension before culminating in a bitter pit fruit-inflected finale that is sufficiently firm to need 6 to 8 years to resolve.
