The fermentation starts naturally with native yeast, and light pump overs are performed to facilitate a gentle extraction; later in the fermentation, a few punch downs are performed each day that will allow for extracting some fine tannins.
Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from a Licensee to the purchaser at the licensed retail premises or warehouse and state it is purchased in and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from the licensed retail premises or warehouse to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the alcoholic beverages, the retailer is providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser.
