The 2017 Riesling was made from grapes sourced from both of our estate vineyards in the Dundee Hills AVA. To help maximize aromatic intensity and complexity, the wine was fermented in both tanks and stainless steel barrels. The finished wine was aged on the lees for 5 months with occasional stirring. The results are honeyed pineapple, pear, Meyer lemon and orange zest fruit framed by white flower and subtle petrol aromatics.
Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from a Licensee to the purchaser at the licensed retail premises or warehouse and state it is purchased in and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from the licensed retail premises or warehouse to his/her home state.
