Le Droit Chenin by Béatrice and Pascal Lambert shows a bright straw yellow in the glass. On the nose there are aromas of wet lime as well as lemon zest, flowers and some gunpowder. On the palate it has a fine acidity. In the aftertaste, the mineral-calcareous note comes through again. With a little air, the chenin goes excellently with veal chops with lemon tarragon beurre blanc and baked potatoes.
