In addition to the 'Atlantico' vineyards of Anónimas in Rías Baíxas, Cristina and Maria also had the opportunity to cultivate plots of vineyards in Ribeira Sacra and Valdeorras. This concerned vineyards that were worked completely traditionally and manually, by winegrowers who no longer had the opportunity to do this themselves. The project in these two ancient wine regions just above Portugal was baptized 'Catro e Cadela'. This Godello comes from 20-60 year old vines with south exposure, planted on the right bank of the Sil River. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, fermentation takes place with the grape's own yeasts. The wine matures on the lees for 80% in stainless steel tanks and 20% in used French oak barrels for 5 months.
