Dolcetto d'Alba by Vajra has a beautiful purple color in the glass; the nose is fresh and young, with richness of raspberry, blackberry, rose infusion and fresh thyme. The mouth is lively and darting, fruity with plums and dark berries, with crunchy tannins, light almond notes and an intriguing spice on the long finish. Excellent with bresaola and fresh robiola.
