Dry-farmed vines over 120 years' old supply the raw material for this fresh, spicy, engagingly complex blend of País and 20% San Francisco. Herbal, stony and very floral, with a pale colour that belies its intensity and concentration, this has notes of pepper spice, rose petal and red berries and classic stony minerality.
