The NV Préférence is an attractive, open-knit Champagne to drink now and over the next few years. Candied lemon, white flowers, mint, white pepper and pear give the Préférence its distinctive, bright personality, an impression that is reinforced by the wine's subtle mousse and refined feel. This is a very pretty, subtle Champagne from Lassalle.
