The 2021 Patelin de Tablas Rosé, made up of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Counoise, is scented of honeydew melon, tarragon, lime peel and petrichor. The medium-bodied palate is fresh and textural with an elegant core of fruit and a long, mineral-driven finish.
