Look for juicy blackberry, cassis, dark plum, and fresh raspberry leaf, crushed raspberries, savoury herb flavours on the palate with a lingering white pepper spice and flinty finish. Grapes are hand-harvested, and the wine is matured in oak barrels for one year of which 10 to 15 % are new barrels.
