The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Hugues de Coulmet is a terrific entry-level wine in this range. Orchard fruit, chamomile and dried flowers are all laced together in a vinous, creamy Champagne that is hugely appealing . There is lovely depth and texture here. Floral and tropical notes add an exotic flair on the close.
