Ice Special Edition Elem is pale and brilliant straw yellow, with a fine and persistent effervescence. The nose has fresh citrus and sweet notes of cotton candy, gooseberries, pineapple, and hawthorn, with hints of mint. In the mouth, it is soft but well supported by acidity, with well present but not excessive perlage. In addition to the mint and blueberry version, always in a balloon with ice cubes, it can be paired with tangerine syrup, white vermouth and citrus peel or with Falernum and black cherry syrup with lime zest and sour cherry in syrup. Excellent with fresh fruit skewers and brie.
