Pale fresh lemon. This is very classy in Jean-Philippe’s style and develops something a bit extra behind, filling the mouth, with enough acidity, fine and balanced. Drink from 2027-2033.

(from 7 different lieux-dits). Generous wood treatment stops just short of fighting with the ripe and fresh aromas of hazelnut, poached pear, acacia blossom and a whiff of spice. The supple and wonderfully seductively textured medium weight flavors possess a sappy mouthfeel along with a suggestion of minerality that adds a sense of lift to the lingering, balanced and sneaky long finish. This could also use better depth so a few years of keeping should prove beneficial. Worth a look provided you're willing to cellar if for a few years first. Drink: 2028+. (Jun 2024)

The 2022 Meursault Village has a lively struck flint- and petrichor-tinged bouquet, demonstrating good vigor—quite Puligny-like in style. The palate is fresh on the entry with just a touch of mint.
