Poderi Colla

Although the Colla family has been making wine in the Langhe since the beginning of the 18th century, Poderi Colla is one of the area's newest properties. In 1994, Tino Colla and his niece Frederica founded it (the daughter of the legendary winemaker Beppe Colla of Prunotto fame).

Poderi Colla is the result of thirty years of experience, including ownership of Prunotto and vinification of practically all of the outstanding Barolo and Barbaresco vineyards. Beppe, Frederica, and Tino purchased three distinct farms using their in-depth knowledge of the region's vineyards. Today, Poderi Colla is made up of those three estates plus a fourth acquired more recently.
