Espuma de Otazu is a vintage Brut -type foam made exclusively with Chardonnay and using the traditional method, the same used for Champagne wines. Following this equivalence, it could therefore be said that we are dealing with a millesimé blanc de blancs, yes, made in Navarra. Its production, limited to just over 4,500 bottles, makes it an exclusive wine, with an elegant and creamy palate and a fresh nose with floral notes.
